THE BRIEF
Banking is massively personal and changing how you bank requires users to trust a new entity and change behaviors. So any changes in a platform design needs to be taken seriously. The Pinwheel team needed to validate feedback received on their platform at a specific and critical moment in the user experience, as well as test and learn more about the experience overall.
THE STRATEGY
In collaboration with their design team, we created two pathways to test and validate the user flow. We also developed a set of questions within the prototype test to gather more qualitative data and insights. We delivered a fresh take on their product experience, validation data to share with stakeholders and customers, and a thematic set of additional lines of inquiry to improve their product and build a more meaningful relationship with their enterprise customers.
UX Research
With UX Research engagements, we partner with design and product teams to validate assumptions and test new interactions. The outcome of this work provides the team is confidence to stay the course or reconfigure a user flow. This ultimately improves the user experience and buidls a stronger bond between your product and your customer.
